Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
TOBAIL warrants all cordless power tools (impact wrench, chainsaw, trimmer, soldering gun, blower, jigsaw, reciprocating saw and other electric hand tools) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household & professional use.
Main Tool Body: 1 years limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Motor & Core Electronic Components: 1 years warranty.
Consumable Parts (Excluded from Warranty): Saw blades, cutting chains, solder wire, grinding discs, hedge trimmer blades, rubber grips, carbon brushes, battery cells, charging adapters. These are wearing parts that degrade with regular use and are not covered by free repair/replacement.
2. Valid Warranty Conditions
To enjoy free warranty service, you must meet all requirements below:
Provide original purchase receipt, order number or official sales record as purchase proof.
The product must not be disassembled, modified or repaired by non-authorized maintenance personnel.
The product damage is NOT caused by improper operation, overload, water immersion, drop impact, dust corrosion or unauthorized part replacement.
The TOBAIL brand logo, serial number and product label on the tool remain intact and unaltered.
3. What We Will Do Under Warranty
If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period:
Our after-sales team will diagnose the fault remotely first.
For confirmed quality defects, we provide free repair or free replacement of defective components.
In severe unrepairable cases, we arrange product replacement (subject to order verification).
4. Out-of-Warranty Situations (No Free Service)
We reserve the right to reject free warranty service if damage results from:
Commercial overloading, continuous long-hour industrial work exceeding tool rated parameters.
Accidental damage: fall, collision, liquid flooding, sand & metal debris infiltration.
Self-disassembly, circuit modification, or use of non-matching third-party batteries/accessories.
Normal aging and wear of consumable accessories.
Loss of purchase voucher, defaced serial number or altered brand marking.
Damage caused by force majeure (fire, flood, lightning, natural disasters).

This limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties. TOBAIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from product use failure, including lost working hours, project losses or accessory damage.
